Receptionist
Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan solicitors, a well established Legal Firm, require an experienced and reliable Receptionist. This is a front of house role in an office environment that requires a professional enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking and flexible.
Duties
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- To portray a professional and well presented image of the company
- Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer all telephone calls and transfer as appropriate on a very busy switchboard
- Be able to deal with day to day queries directly (internal & external)
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Assist other departments when required
- General administration duties as requested
Candidate
- Previous receptionist experience on a busy switchboard
- Excellent phone manner and administration skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to deal with people in a friendly and efficient manner
- Computer literate
- Good team player - must enjoy being part of, and actively participating in a team environment
- Good attention to detail with ability to co-ordinate various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work on own initiative
Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30.pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm finish Fridays.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
