Overview

Martin O’Carroll is a Partner in the firm’s litigation department. Martin was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003 and has been with Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan since then.

Martin is a regular contributor to KCLR Radio, providing information and advice on a range of legal matters.

Specialisms

Martin advises on all areas of litigation. He has extensive experience in representing clients in personal injuries actions before the Injuries Board, Circuit Court and High Court.

Martin also focuses on employment law, mental health law, surrogacy law, property disputes and commercial litigation.

Accomplishments

Martin has recently been involved in a number of multi-million-euro personal injury cases and several high profile medical negligence actions. He has successfully fought Supreme Court cases on children’s, inheritance law and preservation of evidence. He has dealt with case before the Commercial Court involving planning and specific performance.
