Overview

Tim Kiely is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan. He has over 20 years of experience with the firm, combining extensive conveyancing and probate work, as well as litigation and family law, with a wealth of litigation and courts work at all levels of the courts system.

Specialisms

Tim has extensive experience in dealing with complex probate and family law cases, including regular matters which require both disciplines simultaneously. He is also expert in various aspects of civil litigation, involving Circuit and High Court cases and the Employment Appeals tribunal.

Tim represents the Child and Family Agency in Court Applications across the South East region. To this often challenging work he brings a care and sensitivity that is equally as important as the legal expertise required. He also acts as the State Coroner for County Kilkenny.
