Updated Advice From Department of Foreign Affairs On Surrogacy In Ukraine

Domestic SurrogacyThe Department of Foreign Affairs has updated their advice against any Irish citizen pursuing surrogacy in Ukraine.

Please see correspondence received from the Department of Foreign Affairs dated the 19th January 2026.  We support the advice of the Department of Foreign Affairs who are discouraging in the strongest possible terms any Irish individual from pursuing surrogacy arrangements in Ukraine.
