The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs strongly advises against any  Irish intended  parents commissioning surrogacy arrangements in Ukraine.  It is extremely important that all Irish intended parents read carefully  the full travel advice for Ukraine in the link below.

The war in Ukraine is  ongoing and  has   continued for the last eleven months.  We  share  the concern and agree  with the  travel advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs as detailed in the link below.
