Overview

As a Legal Executive Louise Ryan works in the Commercial Department and has been with Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan since 2002.

Specialisms

Louise has gained vast experience in all aspects of conveyancing including the purchase and sale of residential property, advising developers on the set up and sale of new residential developments.

In recent years, Louise has worked on various wind farm projects specifically in relation to the land issues, including obtaining Options and Leases from landowners and preparation of certificates of title for wind farm projects. Additionally, Louise is involved in assisting on the finance of the development of wind farms, as well as the due diligence and document management of wind farm projects.

Education

Louise is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology.
